@XekiHlongwane I dont see why not. Here's why.. This type of pool is usually designed looking at how much water it will contain, and the side by side movement of the water including when it overflows. If it doesn't break from the weight of tons of gallons of water in it, it can handle a human.

@iHansV @Dramaqueen_0s Yes that is true if he touches both he will become a resistor and complete the circuit. A is deadly unsafe cos if he completes the circuit by inductance it wont just pass through him. It will burn all his body mass and it might continue even when he's on the ground.
@Brad59414697 @Dramaqueen_0s B is not safe. But is safer than A because if he doesn't touch two live wires at the same time he wont get electrocuted because he isn't a resistor nor passing the current to ground. The boots are creating an insulation from his body being used as an earth.

But this happens in high voltage but still a very dangerous situation as there are other factors that affect this as well, like electrostatic force and environmental conditions like charged up air "lighting".
