Flew to Naples Florida. I worked 1on1 with Coach Kornblue. He helped me with my stance, my form, ball contact, keeping my eyes focused on the ball and precision. I learned a lot and had a great time working with the him. Today I went back to the field to practice what I learned.

Didn’t have my greatest last two games, today I worked on staying tall, plant foot placement and being more accurate. Progress not perfection.

During our conditioning week, we were happy to welcome the Downriver Army National Guard, part of the @minationalguard . They put our players through their places and broke up our training week. We appreciate their leadership and guidance, and of course their service to our 🇺🇸!
