Hi @British_Airways . Just returned from two weeks in Florida. Had excellent flights and service from you. Staff and service amazing. Flew out from Gatwick to Orlando 18th April, returned Miami to Heathrow 2nd May. Please thank all crew involved.

Hey @British_Airways . No food or drink on BA2703 from Tenerife to London Gatwick? Not good enough! Especially as the flight is already delayed by over 2 hours. Going to be a long late flight home.

@British_Airways Thank you Beth for your response. It was just a little frustrating. Hoping when we fly to Orlando with you in two weeks it will be better.
Also because the flight was 2 hours and 40 minutes late are we entitled to any compensation.

@British_Airways We were sent a text message before we boarded the plane saying there was no food or drink available on the plane. Then when we got on there were drinks and snacks available after we all brought extra things from the airport.
