@paparau_ They’re not in Raceland either. Website claims they’re “bringing in technicians from over state lines.” Thibodaux and Northshore are up, so Lafourche/Terrebonne are the only places left. Haven’t seen a peep of them.

@BuffSouthern Ouch. We got ours this past Monday. No cell service, obviously no cable or internet. It’s just tough because life isn’t going to wait for things to get better; it just goes on. So it’s tough right now without the resources we’re accustomed to. Could be worse tho, so I’m thankful.

@BuffSouthern Oh yeah. Had to be 70-80% of the power lines were down in this area. And the fact that LA1 is a 2-lane highway is just exasperating the restoration efforts for the linemen, but they’re working hard. Infrastructure was just so old over here, it stood no chance.

@BuffSouthern I’m in Raceland, pretty sure Charter/Spectrum is the only thing available here. They have zero transparency. They called and scheduled a technician to come today, so I took off work. no tech shows up, I call them back and they tell me that they cancelled it. Didn’t notify me lol
