@StephenMoore An economy isn’t all about stocks. Especially in ours where so many foundational companies are going private including private equity. If we ever get truly challenged we won’t be able to build the basic things we need because other countries took those industries.
@PeterSchiff Or stock prices come down which makes bonds more attractive at these or even lower levels. A 35 year old only knows double digit annual returns on the overall market for his/her entire investing life. That doesn’t go on forever.
@realMeetKevin Well, people think stocks are like bonds with double digit coupon rate guaranteed. Which has been the case nearly your whole investing life if you are 35. That will change at some point, and that’s when the bond buyers come out….
