With the updated numbers from yesterday, we nearly tripled our lead and we’re past the amount that would trigger a recount! I want to say thank you again to everyone who made this possible and to the voters who have trusted me to represent LD26.

On election night we knew our campaign for County Clerk was in the lead, but we also knew that there were a significant number of ballots left to count. Today the election commissioner provided an update, and I am excited to share that our lead has grown to 2,060 votes!

There are still around 3,850 ballots left to count, so we will be waiting a bit longer for our official and final results. It seems that the counting will finish sometime next week.

It was an awesome weekend as we roll into October and truly kick off this final stretch of the election season. The excitment for our campaign is palpable!

Had a great time at the annual chili cook-off down at the Labor Temple and knocking hundreds of doors in the neighborhood.
