His companies are allegedly making millions from contracts in Ekurhuleni, while the family of Mpho Mafalo continues to mourn their late son, who was allegedly murdered. Questions have been raised about millions of rand in public funds.

The University of the North is also reportedly struggling, with allegations that Mandla Seobela, the owner of Fish Monga, is receiving multiple tenders from the institution. He is also alleged to have significant influence over Tshwane Municipality.

No arrest has reportedly been made against Foromo, and he continues to enjoy his life, drinking champagne and allegedly claiming that no one can touch him because he is powerful and dangerous.
