@philtuttle The handle is fixed, but the bag is separating at the handle. I sent it back to Booq last week because they have a limited warranty possibly covering such a thing. And already was told via email to send it and will probably be replaced at no cost to me.

@philtuttle I’m just in the looking stage. I’ve had a Messanger bag from Booq for about 4ish years. Which does have a 2yr(?) warranty. Earlier this year, the stitching around where a handle comes through two layers started separating.
