@CollectrChris @PolitlcsUK PIP (Personal Independence Payment) is not an out of work benifit. It is to help support people with disabilities give them more independence.
I.e they might only be able to work 20 hours so PIP will help make up any short falls. They may use it for Taxis to work rather than bus
