@DefiantLs God wouldn't want me to suffer? The Bible has plenty of instances that God allows suffering in the life of the believer for multiple reasons. One example is Romans 5:1-5, paraphrasing; rejoice in suffering, knowing suffering-> endurance-> character-> hope.
