Property tax or income tax why isn’t age a consideration? If I own a home and pay PT or my mom 67 owns a home and pays PT the tax on her is more impactful. Phase in starting with working woman over 65. If you are a woman 65 or older, pay taxes on work your PT could be zero.

Economics always teaches us to look at the externalities. This grandma just lowered one of her largest obligations ! Grandma or Grandpa’s ability to day care the kids just went up.

If given the choice make daycare free or cut our parents/grandparents obligations!!!! Free grandma and grandpa, keep it in the family!
