🚨 Sources: VJ Edgecombe’s agent, Thad Foucher of Wasserman, reportedly wants to see a bigger role for the Sixers guard following the season opener against the Knicks.

After the rookie season VJ put together, his camp believes he’s capable of making an Anthony Edwards-type leap. 9 points in his season debut isn’t what he signed up for. The expectation is growth, not being treated as an afterthought in Philly’s offense.

Ex-#Titans DT Jordan Elliott went to his car to retrieve his gun after a practice altercation with OT JC Latham last Thursday (Oct. 15).

After being told to leave the field, Elliott took off his pads and stormed out of the facility, then went to the players' lot. Security cameras captured the sequence. Veteran DL John Franklin-Myers talked him down, and no one was hurt.

The Titans released Elliott on Tuesday after reviewing the incident. He signed a 2-year, $8M deal this offseason.

Kyle Shanahan almost Kyle'd last night. This year, he's been more aggressive and he's been in a flow state play-calling.

But the Niners nearly blew a 23-3 lead. Once Mike Evans got hurt, the passing attack really struggled. Not sure why Kyle didn't lean more into the ground game.

Niners had success running it against one of the better run defenses in the NFL. Not sure if he got spooked after the Christian McCaffrey fumble, but the 4th quarter offense and play-calling was bad: 3 & out punt, 3 & out punt, 3 and out punt.
