@Uber one of your drivers spat at my girlfriend. Still no reaction from your support account or any source that you provide. I have the license plate. A disgrace of a company you guys are.

@Uber We had booked an Uber in Estepona (Spain), but the driver could not find the address and became angry on the phone. He sounded intoxicated and aggressive because he could not find us, even though he had taken the wrong route himself.

When he eventually arrived at the security gate of the Ikos Hotel, he started verbally abusing us and then cancelled the ride. We told him that we would leave a negative review. At that moment, he spat at my girlfriend and then drove away.

I requested the CCTV footage from the hotel security in order to identify his license plate, as the driver had disappeared from the Uber app after he cancelled the ride. I was able to identify the license plate as 5171 KJY, and I have a photo of it as evidence.

I sincerely hope that you will respond as soon as possible and take serious action against this Uber driver. His behaviour is completely unacceptable and absolutely disgraceful. Spitting at a passenger is not only extremely disrespectful, but is also aggressive and potentially criminal behaviour.

I expect this incident to be investigated thoroughly and appropriate action to be taken against the driver. I already tried to use Uber support and https://t.co/Sgx8P6HM7S. But no help is provided. Tis is not done
