That their tablet needed to be unlocked to do the program (after pointing out the website says they are in the program and I pointed out they had the big sign on their window....

@GameStop Please update what stores can/can't take PSA cards....I drove to Janesville, WI where I don't normally go and went to this store as the website said they are part of the program...but the guy at first said they don't have the equipment, then said....
