@LewishamCouncil Visitor gets a PCN cos the online system defaults start-time to when I was booking it the night before, which I didn't notice - why should I, when it's a DAY voucher!! And the pcn appeal system? - stuck at 1st page. But I bet the 24/7 pcn payline works v well!

@British_Airways Ok, so plane delayed 2.5 hours due to storm disruption, maybe. But baggage not being delivered at your hub (HRW T5) is not due to that. BA website unable to process or accept a lost baggage application is not due to that; profit before service (and @HeathrowAirport similarly).
