Why? Many people biking to work this morning & now they have to move into rush hour traffic. I'm so sick of this. Every single trip I take, there's cars forcing us into other cars. We are trying to do the right thing. How ist our city supporting us? #a2council #visionzero my ass.

I bike full time and, it's a remarkable day when I come home from a trip without seeing a lane obstruction by a vehicle or garbage can. One exception would be my weekly trip to Kroger up Plymouth. Never blocked there.

Rest of my ride involved seeing many children walking on Traver because there's no sidewalk next to the school. Car swerved to avoid the ONE vertical delineator at a crosswalk on Pontiac as a man & dog stood there. This stretch considered "all ages and abilities bike network".

The new sidewalk work at Newport has left the bike lane dead ending at curb just before the bridge. It's now more dangerous for those on a bike. Used to be a curb cut there to get on the sidewalk. Happy to see the new sidewalks though! #a2council

@robutterback Same happened to me a while back. Forgot to secure them for the rodeo that is Ann Arbor streets and paths. Backtracked to no avail. Luckily, they're relatively inexpensive so just bought another. LOVE them. Expand to fit a week's groceries. The TARDIS of paniers!

@washtenawcc Keeps getting better. Sitting in class now and she says, "...if you did not turn in the homework before class, you are counted as absent today, even though you are here." Also not great responding to a student with auditory processing disorder asking for accommodation.

Side note: Last week, she was not getting class participation she wanted after 30 secs & moved everyone into breakout rooms to discuss & created an impromptu assignment for credit that was due at the end of class.
