@TARDIStime2 Easiest Solution is to make her the Valyard.
Solves all the issues with plot points including pre hartnell Police Box Tardis.
Matt smith’s regeneration limit.
Explains her violent nature with the Jadoon.
And the Master called the Valyard, The Doctor.
So an easy fix.
