Kai wanted a VSL edit that would build his authority as a high-ticket sales coach to attract clients and sales role opportunities.
Here’s what I did to make that happen:
✅ Visual hook
People decide in seconds if they trust you or not. I opened with strong, attention-grabbing visuals so viewers instantly feel “ok this person knows their stuff,” which keeps them watching longer.
✅ Showing, not just telling
When he talks about something, I actually show it on screen.
If he shares his life story, I add old photos of him.
If he talks about freedom, I show a broll of a guy living the dream in his beach house.
This makes the video way easier to understand and more fun to watch.
People do not just hear what he says; they see it. That helps them trust him more and remember his message.
✅ Fast pacing
Quick pacing keeps the message tight and confident, so the viewer never gets bored or distracted.
✅ Branded animations
I built clean, smooth animations that match his brand, so the entire video feels premium. This helps viewers associate his name with quality and professionalism, which is exactly what closes high-ticket clients.
✅ Color correction
I polished the colors of his video because when a video looks good, people take the message more seriously, and it boosts the overall quality of the whole VSL.
✅ Sound design
I added sound effects to make key moments hit harder and make the animations come to life.
Fixed and cleaned up his voice so it sounds clear,
and used engaging music to keep the viewer’s attention.
Good sound makes the video feel alive and keeps people watching longer.

@serialsales I'd love to share my thoughts on this, but what's your overall goal with YouTube? Are you looking to generate leads from it, get monetized? Why grow on YouTube in the first place?
I did a revamp for one of @JonMargalit32 YouTube videos. Here's what changed:
1️⃣ I noticed the original video looked a bit dark
So I color-corrected it so viewers can clearly see him. This helps viewers feel more connected while watching and makes it easier to understand what he’s saying.
2️⃣ Added a visual hook at the start
This is huge because the first few seconds decide if someone stays or clicks away. A strong visual hook stops the scroll and pulls viewers in immediately.
3️⃣ Added branded graphics using his brand colors
This helps build brand recognition. When people consistently see the same colors and style, they start associating it with you, and that builds trust over time.
4️⃣ Added more engaging B-roll using Gen AI
B-roll keeps the video visually interesting and helps explain ideas better. Using Gen AI lets me create visuals that don’t exist yet, which boosts retention and makes the content feel next-level.
5️⃣ Added sound design
Sound effects help emphasize key points, make transitions feel smoother, and prevent the video from feeling flat or boring. This keeps viewers locked in and makes the content feel more intentional and professional.
