So @edfenergy repeatedly sending the heavies around again even though we have communicated with them and the situation is in dispute.
I have asked @edfenergy for a copy of the contract signed with consent in wet ink (Nothing). I have also asked for the agreement showing consent for them to pass on private and confidential information, signed with a wet signature. Because at the moment they have broken the Data Protection Act (Nothing). Still it falls on deaf ears, as they know full well they cannot produce said documentation. I have gained legal advice & critical information, and it has been pointed out that @edfenergy have committed numerous acts of fraud and are in serious breach of the law. All of this activity is being catalogued and recorded, it is also being investigated by a national TV News Channel I am working with to expose this heinous fraud. #EnergyCompanies #Fraud #KnowYourRights #TV
