@AmericanAir This is hogwash, I just flew to NOLA and paid 1,200 for an FC ticket, and showed up y baggage was delayed and showed up the next day. Submitted a complaint online, never got a callback, and every time I call to log a complaint I get directed to log another complaint.

Day 2 of @AmericanAir Luggage gate. They have still not located my luggage and I have been forced to wait around all day to receive my bags and guess wha still nothing. AA you just made an enemy out of me! I couldn’t go buy anything cause I was waiting all day for my bags 🤬🤬🤬

TY @AmericanAir for losing my luggage and now I am NYC with no toiletries , no clothes w/ no explanation after paying for a first class ticket. The cust serv rep that helped me open the case was the absolute worst. You guys are are the best! You have made my b-day the best!
