@realmadrid Acabamos de terminar el tour del Bernabéu con nuestros alumnos de Inglaterra pero esta vez nos ha decepcionado tanto. Entendemos que se está mejorando el estadio pero no se podía bajar al campo, el banquillo, la sala de prensa, vestuarios etc! ¿Qué pasa?

@British_Airways Thanks for this. We can see that there are flights but we have been unable to make group bookings. As I said we are organising our normal school Spanish exchange so need to get a number of students across to Madrid

@HeathrowAirport Remain at a distance ??? We were all corralled into a room and people with small children and babies had to wait for 2.30 hours for a 30 second passport check at midnight. Sort it out, what a mess!! #covidcentral

@HeathrowAirport Awful performance today in queues for over two hours just to show passport. What happened? This wasn’t a COVID issue but it probably will be now with all the people forced to pack together. Not acceptable!
