@DavidEvans9 Not a CPA but cold call hundreds of OC multifamily owners every week. The main sentiment for the long terms owners is an emotional attachment to the property. i.e. dad built it, friends with tenants, etc…

With a dirt cheap tax basis it’s hard to let go of the asset.
