@USPSHelp Can y’all please help me understand why my package keeps leaving Atlanta, making it to my town of Griffin (twice now) and then gets sent to Fayetteville nearly 35 minutes away (happened twice now, too)?? Why send it somewhere else if it’s already in my town???
@emoryhealthcare is refusing sick children. A 16-month old child that desperately needs to see a specialist, and has been referred to them. How do you sleep at night knowing that you refuse to care for a sick child???
@Emory healthcare told us the only way they would see our sick child, even with a referral from his doctors, was if we put $1000.00 down as a deposit (bc they don’t take his insurance). How stuck up are y’all to refuse care for sick children??
@UPSHelp DM’ed. Really upset about this as I was up since 7am this morning downstairs waiting on this package so I could sign for it, and the driver never knocked/rang doorbell/anything. They did deliver another package for my wife, but it looked like it had been the was own at the house.
@UPSHelp what’s this? I have a video doorbell, and I was up all morning. This driver NEVER even knocked on the door...now I can’t get this package til tomorrow??? How fair is that? Someone needs to get out here with this package ASAP!
@UPSHelp any chance of finding out why this package isn't being delivered today, even though it is sitting 3 miles from my house at the hub??? Any chance I can go pick it up myself...could really use it today, and NOT Thursday (since it is in my town and 3 miles from me..)
@Starbucks Nice happy hour promotion lie...you forgot to mention IT HAS TO go through the app, and you have to pay w/ the attached card. Way to lie to your customers to make yourselves look like a thoughtful and caring company...
After all these years, I just finally figured out what the letters in UPS stand for: Undoubtedly, Pretty Sh***y Thanks for nothing, and thanks again for admitting that packages just "sit on the trailer" for days sometimes before they are sorted. I could've walked to pick it up..
@UPSHelp I need some help explaining why my package, which arrived in Atlanta yesterday morning and was supposed to be delivered today, is still sitting there??? This is ridiculous...
@UPSHelp Safe to assume this package won't be here today, as it was scheduled to be?? (Even though it arrived at the main UPS hub in Atlanta, 45 minutes from my house, yesterday morning at 11am?)
@FedExHelp Mary, I would love your help. I just Dm'ed you all the info. I have NO IDEA why this pkg would go to Indiana, at least 5 hours North, instead of down to Atlanta from@Nashville. I leave out Tuesday morning and NEED this pkg for my trip.
@FedExHelp See anything wrong here? How does a package go three states North to go one state down? I need some clarification on this...this is ABSOLUTELY ABSURD! Going from Nashville to Atlanta and the package is in Indiana now???
@USPSHelp can anyone explain to me why a package hasn't moved from Memphis to Atlanta in 3 days? Or from PA to GA in nearly 9 days? Are they walking it here?????
@Aetna@AetnaHelp I already follow you from previous problems (earlier this year). Should I DM you? I'd really like to speak to someone on the phone about this, but cannot seem to get ANYone to return a call today.
Almost 6 months after our @MeritainHealth National-General insurance policy was terminated, and nearly $200 was drafted out of our account in the past few days?!! So far NO ONE has returned (or answered) my calls, but I'm sure they know I won't go away..need answers, FAST!
@FedExHelp My buyer never received a "Home Delivery" package that was claimed to be delivered on Monday, the 17th. It was "left at front door", however Home Delivery doesn't deliver on Mondays...and he was home ALL day long waiting and never saw the truck. Care to explain?
