@EversourceCT I have been trying to report an outage for over an hour. Neither the online report feature, nor the phone reporting are functioning. When the system tries to refer me to a CSR, it disconnects the call.

When you have 20 people (parents, teachers, followers) saying positive things & 1 person saying negative, if you focus on the negative, then you are saying that person’s opinion is more important than the other 20. Don’t get wrapped up with negative people.

Technology is great in the classroom where there is also a great teacher.
Schools don’t need tech geeks who can teach. We need teaching geeks who can use tech.
If you change the technology but don’t change your lesson, nothing really changes.
