given the opportunity, a wave of community volunteers would almost certainly clear that area of debris in an afternoon. instead, govt officials have found a moment to centralize control, delete liberties and property rights, ask state and federal taxpayers to give them extraordinary amounts of money, and allocate it in the most time and capital inefficient manner possible, marketing this disservice as “help”.

less government, not more, is your better option. time to delete.
