@jojobriggs4@Szabidopuu@wagestream 100% agree. Thankfully I am NOT in such a scenario, but I can imagine some people might be left in a serious condition when this sort of failure happens. Bugs and errors happen, yes, but to have no communication / heads up pubically, is a very poor show.
@jojobriggs4@Szabidopuu@wagestream Spot on! It's not the first time I have heard of poor customer service here. It won't be sorted until tomorrow at the earliest I imagine as "They've gone home" according to their chat assistant.
@Szabidopuu@wagestream Yup. It's not working at all today. It's a lifesaver at times, yet it's very unreliable recently (and more costly!)
