@CenterParcsUK trying to make a payment online, and getting this error. So now trying to phone to make payment, been on hold for ages, finally got through to someone. They are now transferring me to head office, now on hold for ages again… payment deadline today.

@HMRCcustomers I've had 3 clients contact me now with late VAT return surcharges for the January 2022 quarter. Checked all 3 client VAT accounts and all returns submitted and paid on time. Is this a known error with HMRC?
