@bt_uk @BTCare I’m given multiple dates but still nothing surely it’s not that hard to provide a service. Half the time when they say we will call they don’t & then when you do it’s “an engineer is trying to sort the problem!” they can’t! @virginmedia @SkyUK do you do this aswell? 7 weeks now?

@bt_uk @BTCare ok time to share my horrendous customer service with you! So order internet 12th October due to start 26th Oct. that day comes and goes. Spend lots of money topping up on internet on my phone, around 12 hours of calls & internet chats and still I have no internet!
