This moved me!
Fear is often mistaken for danger.
But sometimes fear is simply a signal that the opportunity is large enough to change your life.
When Coach P. J. Fleck (@Coach_Fleck) was deciding whether to leave comfort for a bigger challenge, his wife asked one question:
“Does it scare you?”
“Hell yeah.”
Her response:
“We’re going.” 🦫
Coach Fleck says there is a difference between making a living and building a life.
A living is what you earn. 💵
A life is what you create. 🏡
The decisions that scare you most often ask you to trade short-term comfort for long-term meaning.
If it scares you, it means it matters.
Growth rarely feels comfortable.
Fear is not always a warning.
Sometimes it is an invitation to build a life bigger than the one you’ve settled for.
@GopherFootball has a great one. ⬇️
Here’s one of the most PHYSICAL sequences of wrestling you’ll ever see 😳‼️
In overtime - Van Ness and Swiderski battled like dogs, literally going head to head several times in back and forth attacks/reattacks.
Eventually Swiderski couldn’t keep up the pace and fell to known cardio merchant Shayne VAN NESS (PSU)
3 things you hate to hear if your a Philly sports fan:
“Embiid, fading away… won’t get it to go”
“Philadelphia passing here on first down..”
“And that’ll do it tonight folks.. the Phillies who led 5-2 going into the 7th…”

Sean McVay on CAPABILITY vs. CAPACITY
CAPABILITY: following directions & orders
CAPACITY: ability to use contingency plans & tools to solve the problems
Your scheme matters. Your players’ ability to solve problems in it matters more.
The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette’s “Fab Five” of 2007 included
- DeJuan Blair (Schenley ➡️ Pitt)
- Herb Pope (Aliquippa ➡️ Seton Hall)
- D.J. Kennedy (Schenley ➡️ St. John’s)
- Jon Baldwin (Aliquippa ➡️ Pitt FB)
- Terrelle Pryor (Jeannette ➡️ Ohio St. FB)
Arguably the greatest PGH Fab 5 of all time! 👀
Corey Heatherman, DC of Miami was the DC under Cig at JMU for a few years before departing. Next Bryant Haines takes over as DC for JMU and the rest is history.
Now they’ll battle for a national championship while having two of the defenses in the country.
JMU well represented
@pheaglescentral@colincowherd you’re the guy that told LeBron we’re good because Ben Simmons “arrived” right?
And with knowing that, I won’t look too far into this tweet 😂
@MrBaddog7676 Yea. Generally when your team is up 30 you don’t have to pass it that much. Really don’t need to pass it at all if you can run it like that. Run ball, score, kill clock, game is over faster, less injuries.
Actually kind of smart.
@_TheEagleTimes Depends If you want to watch the same plays be ran every 1st and 2nd down to start a drive. Or the same inside run scheme play, or a rpo dump out to Goedert in the flat for 2 yards.
If you don’t want that we should probably fire him.
