”If it’s a fight you want, you ain’t gonna get a good one, leech.”
She tilts her head fully to the side, letting it fall on her shoulder entirely. Mocking. “But I’m eleven beers in. I ain’t saying you ain’t gonna get one.”
The distance so small she could feel the warmth —
ᅠ
The metallic click of her gear and weapon shifting broke the quiet space — a subtle warning.
"You...," she crept toward the vampire, halting right before him, "... are disgusting."
A hush, giving way to the sharp jab of her index finger against his collarbone.
ᅠ
“ That’s not my issue, lady. “
Words as dry as her grunts — echoed by a cocky, arrogant chuckle. Standing in place, following her movements with his gaze.
“ Ain’t doing a crime. Just lookin’ at a . . . sight. “
ᅠ
A dry, irritated breath escaped her throat. She made sure he could hear it, too. She looks away now, stepping just out of his reach.
"Take a walk, blood bag. I'm not in the mood."
ᅠ
She could hate the feeling to the point her blood boils — It’s not a reason to change his ways, not one bit.
Staring, admiring, ogling.
Despite the growl, she is still the focus of his attention.
ᅠ
A low growl vibrates in her chest, her eyes narrowing at the sharp glare she throws right back at him.
Oh, she does not like the way he stares — not one bit.
