@TELUSsupport Telus Business Connect questions. Portal is not user friendly. Chat bot couldn’t understand my question. Phone option said not available but showed hours of operation that should have been available at the time I called.

Beyond fed up with @TELUSsupport. Can’t get an agent on chat or phone for Business Connect and online portal absolutely SUCKS. Regret purchasing VOiP through Telus.
