The Republic of Balochistan condemns the direct firing on and killing of unarmed Kashmiri protesters in Rawalakot and other areas of PoK by the invading forces of Pakistan in strongest possible terms.
The people of #PoK have grown increasingly frustrated with Pakistani occupation and repression. The time has come for the international community to support India's position on reclaiming its territory and to demand that Pakistan end its occupation and #PakistanVacatePoK.
It is need of the hour that all suppressed nations of Baloch, Sindhi, Gilgiti, Pashtun and Kashmiri must join hands and push the occupational forces of Pakistan out of their territories.
#PoKIsIndia.
@ShashiTharoor@Ram_Guha Please Sir, i have huge respect for you and your knowledge. You are one of the last sane person in Congress and you know that Pappu is a joke for the Nation. Gone are the days of India being run by a single family like a Kingdom, now it's only, "WE, THE PEOPLE OF INDIA,"
@zoo_bear@KirenRijiju Mr @zoo_bear how do you know that were you present in that rally. If that Khalid shithead had the courage he should have come to Northeast and uttered the Tukde Tukde slogan then we would have showed him and his cronies the Beauty of Northeast 😉...
@WazhmaAyoubi@saadmohseni Pakistan is not a State but a figment of imagination of some feudal landlord's who floated the idea of TWO NATION to protect their huge holdings, which they still do in Pakistan.
@miryar_baloch Balochistan is a civilisational state dating back centuries like India and China and not like illegitimate state like Pakistan born out of India's Freedom movement. The world should engage directly with the Balochs and not through a TERRORIST state like Pakistan.
₹500-crore package approved by the Assam Cabinet as part of a broader push to develop Dibrugarh as Assam's "second capital" and strengthen infrastructure in Upper Assam. The package will fund key urban, administrative, and public infrastructure projects aimed at boosting economic growth and improving governance in the region.
While the detailed project-wise breakup has not yet been fully released, the government's recent initiatives in Dibrugarh have included:
Expansion of the Chief Minister's Secretariat and administrative infrastructure.
Upgrades to roads, civic amenities, and urban infrastructure.
Investments in education and healthcare facilities, including projects at Dibrugarh University and Assam Medical College.
Development linked to Dibrugarh's growing role as an administrative hub for Upper Assam.
The biggest political development today is the expansion of the Assam government led by Himanta Biswa Sarma. Twelve MLAs were sworn in as ministers, including several new faces. The move is being seen as an effort to strengthen regional representation and prepare the government for its second term after the 2026 Assembly elections.
A lot of the times, social media plays an important role in governance and solving issues of the people.
So when I came across this request from my little niece that her private school needs fans this summer, her wish had to be fulfilled!
