Parliament have withdrawn laws i.e white paper on many laws/polices from which they wanted to change the existing ones...but due to CC simply saying that is 'unconstitutional and invalid'. If you get you get if not let's close it here.

@Goqolo09 @sfisomahla14431 But this is not entirely true CC can and have changed LAWS in SA. they are called 'case laws' analysis there is many example where some was illegal then it was made legal by the courts. All they have to aay its this is 'unconstitutional and invalid' then parliament must amend.
