Just a quick reminder we’re offering free taster sessions to prisons across the UK. If you think your demographic would benefit from music services, feel free to reach out.

Sessions include lyric writing, mixing & mastering, plus a CD of the finished songs to keep.

At the end of each project, we take the songs prisoners create, mix and master them, and burn them onto a CD they can keep forever. It's the best gift we can give—something real that reflects their hard work.

What an incredible 2 days we have had in HMP Leicester. Our 2 day taster sessions turned out to be powerful and purposeful with 17 Men writing songs about stereotypes, life choices.

Every time we do this it is truly an experience we can’t describe.

Our thematic review of the experiences of adult black male prisoners and black prison staff will be published tomorrow morning. We interviewed 100 black prisoners, 17 key managers and 66 other staff of all ethnicities. Links to the report and press release will be tweeted here.

We have been honoured to listen to RA talk on the reality of serving a 10 year sentence on IPP Whilst maintaining the focus and determination to become successful after release.

There is no one more inspirational than someone that has seen both sides of life.
