Is Stephen A. Smith mad at the NABJ for assaulting him with an emoji?
Or is he upset about being treated like he treated Jemele Hill or Jasmine Crockett or Bakari Sellers or domestic violence victims or Black women or Black men who wear hoodies or... https://t.co/YSu3uhhrjb
An abortion rights win!
A judge ruled that denying pregnant people an abortion in certain life-threatening situations violated the Constitution and said, "a pregnant woman’s health is NOT a state resource to be allocated at the legislature’s whim." 👏👏

Hakeem Jeffries supporting unconditional financial support for Israel but saying no to Medicare for all, SOMETHING THAT ISRAELIS GET WITH OUR TAX DOLLARS is some real bullshit
🚨NEW: Jeffries declared his opposition to Medicare For All 72 hours after a Yale study shows it would save 100,000 lives & $1 trillion
Context: Jeffries raked in $391k from health PACs & faced no primary pressure to hold the line on Dem priorities because a primary was crushed
To be clear, it was Emmanuel College not the University of Cambridge itself that cut ties with Nathan Cofnas, and it did so only after students complained and campaigned in 2024. Cambridge were aware of his views and when they conducted their investigation they said he did not breach the law or university regulations despite the offence caused.
Cambridge has arguably shown a repeated pattern of institutional failure from questions over its handling of students who were abused in its care, to allowing professors to continue teaching while under investigation (Simon Goldhill), reappointment of an academic who was found to have sexually harassed 10 student (Dr Peter Hutchinson) who even wrote “erotic fiction about students” or even most recently the accusations of it being a far right pipeline raising legitimate questions about the university’s safeguarding and governance.
We need to stop saying the University of Cambridge dismissed him because its downplays the failures of the institution as whole.
He was 42.
She was 13.
You’re debating the abortion.
When the penalty for aborting after rape is more severe than the penalty for rape, that's when you know it's a war on women.
Home-care agencies in South Florida have shut down since Trump ended TPS for Haitians. Nursing homes are scrambling to fill positions and restaurants are scaling back hours. Hotels, airports, and small businesses are dealing with staffing shortages.

You *did* hear it from me bc I've been reporting on this. A lot of ppl seem to think Flock is the only ALPR out there. You guys can rip down all the cameras u want (Flock gets paid every time u do that btw), but unless u pass PRIVACY LAWS nothing will change except the vendors!
I renew my appeal for an end to the ongoing violence against the Palestinian civilian population in the West Bank, and I urgently call on the international community to work toward advancing the two-state solution, for a just and lasting peace.
A quick reminder that Kyle Rittenhouse showed up to a protest like this, shot and killed others and was celebrated by MAGA. Meanwhile Alex Pretti showed up to a protest like this, was shot and killed, then condemed by MAGA. Please stop saying this isn’t political.
So Barron Trump's net worth increased by $150 million in just one year. Trump was asked how this happened over the weekend. He said, "it's none of your business."
Republicans tried to impeach Biden because Hunter sold some paintings for $50,000. Trump's kids are now scamming BILLIONS and Republicans just shrug it off like it's no biggie.
Carson Huey-You, 14, graduated from Texas Christian University with a degree in physics.
His younger brother Cannan, 11, graduated from high school the same weekend and planned to start at TCU the following fall. TWO YOUNG GENIUS BROTHERS👏🏾
Are you referring to Marc Hauser, former Harvard prof, who was found guilty of 8 counts of scientific misconduct? Yet, the New York Times sympathetically suggested that he might not have done anything that bad:
This article is irresponsible and borderline libellous 'journalism' from @nytimes
The statement that Prof Arday was an 'early career scholar and underqualified' for the Cambridge job is simply untrue
He was a professor BEFORE he went to Cambridge/ 1

The man who started the Jason Arday harassment campaign is a eugenicist who was kicked out of Cambridge University for racism. These news outlets did not do their due diligence in reporting—on purpose and knowingly

NINE DAYS after the Civil Rights Act became law, Klansmen followed a car with Washington D.C. plates down a Georgia highway and shot the Black driver.
Lt. Col. Lemuel Penn. Decorated Army Reserve officer. Educator. Father of three.
July 1964. Penn and two fellow Black officers were driving home from summer training at Fort Benning. They had done nothing, said nothing, stopped nowhere — their offense was VISIBLE: Black men, out-of-state plates, on a Southern road at night.
The Klansmen trailed them for miles and fired into the car on the Broad River bridge, k!ll!ng Penn at the wheel.
