General wellness isn’t about doing everything right, It’s about stacking repeatable habits:
• move your body daily
• eat mostly real food
• sleep like it matters (it does)
• manage stress before it manages you Do that long enough and performance takes care of itself.
What that actually looks like:
• walking 10–15 min after meals instead of scrolling
• lifting or moving something even on low-energy days
• protein + whole foods > caffeine and sugar
• going to bed 30 min earlier, no negotiation
• drinking water before “needing” it
@moissanist@nosilverv Julian, I got you - Inflammation is the body’s built-in defense and repair response. It’s how your immune system reacts when it senses injury, infection, toxins, or tissue damage. Why care? because chronic inflammation drains your energy source and makes you feel like shit.
