@casperborgesen@alesarrett@osmandapp Maybe we're using different versions. I have OsmAnd v. 3.6.3 on Android 9, and what I see is in the attached pictures (ruler shown, dim and hidden). The small circle in the third picture is always present, even if the ruler tool is not enabled (not present in right pane).
@alesarrett@casperborgesen@osmandapp The crosshair is a feature: it's used to point objects in the map with more precision.
It's hidden only when you follow a calculated route (Navigation).
You need to "Configure Screen" to show the radial ruler in every profile you need it (i.e. In "Browse Map" and "Pedestrian")
