Oh damn. Toy Story is my favorite movie of all time, so I want to give my 02 cents here.

(it might have spoilers) Toy Story 5 is WAY better than Toy Story 4 even though I missed Woody as the main character hehe I was just feeling TENSE until he showed up around 20 minutes in. Jessie is amazing, she grew on me a lot. She used to annoy me saying YEEHAW all the time, so I’m glad they gave her more personality, story, soul. What else? I missed more lines from Rex, Slinky Dog, and I missed Mr. And Mrs Potato Head, the aliens, Lenny, the soldiers… Just a little scene with all of them would have made it so nostalgic. But yeah, the message was AMAZING. I probably cried 4 times. It healed something in me, mostly about friendships when you’re young, and making friends when you’re not confident enough. And the whole technology thing, replacing toys to it, feeling embarrassed for playing like a child, all of it is a very important topic now (not just for children but for adults too).

I personally don’t like Toy Story 4. It was the only one I only watched once. I think it has such a different energy from the other ones. I kinda pretend it never existed :)

Toy Story 3 is just a spiritual thing. I probably watched it 20 times. That scene…yeah, that scene where they’re holding hands. I could cry about it now.

And Toy Story 1 and 2 shaped my soul, reality perception, etc.
