The kind of sophistry people have to engage in to defend the equality thesis is incredible. There is obviously no comparison between the sophistication of Iron Age Celtic society and Subsaharan African societies.
Iron Age Celts had large fortified urban centres which Caesar called cities, advanced metallurgy and pottery, and complex art. Subsaharan African societies never produced written languages, minted coinage, or wheeled vehicles like chariots.
This person says Celts only engaged in "undisciplined ooga booga-tier tribal warfare", but Celts had chariots, cavalry, specialist roles like slingers, a variety of weapons made by specialist craftsmen, and when they did encounter the Romans they managed sustained campaigns with political organisation and logistics across huge stretches of land.
He has to point to Cartagena as a city he says was built by Africans in Iberia before Europeans. But it was built by the Carthaginians, who we now know were not "African", but genetically closest to modern day Southern Italians and Greeks.
