@MrMockRock A good example is Chrom, because just by holding his sword differently to Roy, a lot of his animations look more awkward at close inspection.

Any change in model more severe than that makes it much harder to share animations, at least using Smash's current echo standards.

@MrMockRock Pokemon has this problem where almost none of them can really work as Echo fighters because almost none of them share similar enough skeletons/proportions.

Like Peter Griffin had to be tall and buff just to inherit Fortnite animations; I don't think Kleavor can echo Scizor.
