@Asurion Sorry. I’ve tried that. Even emailed him back the argument that YOUR own terms state that audio/streaming devices are covered. He never emailed back.

Need help debating w/@Asurion. They claim to cover:
*accidental damage from drops, cracks, spills, etc for laptops, tablets, VR headsets, & more* when buying coverage.
Fine print says it includes “audio/visual streaming devices.”
Is a Smart TV an audio/visual streaming device?

This will determine whether or not to cancel my coverage. I pay $25 a month, and have for 2 years. Have only ever claimed a laptop (that wasn’t repaired correctly and still had to get a new one), and had 2 PS5 controllers “fixed”, one of which I’ve sent 3 TIMES.
