Today our family celebrated a special milestone as our son, Max Siegel II, was admitted to the New York Bar before the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Appellate Division, First Department.

I lost my father to cancer when I was 12 years old. He was only 38.

That loss taught me how important fathers are and inspired me to become the kind of father I always wished I had.

My philosophy has always been simple:

Presence. Patience. Prayer.

It was a honor to have participated as a keynote speaker at the @IndianaUniversity Indianapolis Elevate Sports Innovation Summit at the @NCAA Headquarters. I had the opportunity to share stories from my professional journey and discuss how sports can be a powerful driver of change with our future leaders.

Indianapolis continues to play a key role in driving the future of sports, and the passion, insight, and forward-thinking perspectives shared at the Summit reinforce why this city is such a hub for athletic innovation.

A huge thank you to @IndianaUniversity Alumni Association and all the organizers, panelists, and attendees for making this event a success.

Beyond the Summit, I was proud to take part in the groundbreaking ceremony for the James T. Morris Arena on the IU campus that will also be the new home of @usatf headquarters.
