And yet we avoid them because it's it's true. Crying and being broken is the hardest thing anyone has to go through.

I've spent a long time livin trying to be a man. As a kid, my dad got cut but no pain. Where I would cry. In that search, I did what everybody does. I stopped crying to be a man a Lie

But I've always known. Avoiding tears and sadness is the easy way out. To look away
I will not.

@zerowondering I dont think its an issue of lack of awareness. Most of the research on mental health has come from the last 300-100 years. It's like SelFlo himself said there are too many variables for this stuff. Youve got to navigate them until you find a solution. If theres a clean solution

@SelfloYt It a shame to see another lost life. It takes a great deal of pain within yourself or within your friends to find suicide. Where ever you are my guy ill remember your sadness and loneliness. And for those braving the suffering and currently alive. Why not suffer with me together.
