PHP users are encouraged to prepare to update. Earlier release if details become public or active exploit evidence.

@RenXHQ Thanks for the transparency. That's a useful trust-boundary distinction: session identity can remain valid while its operational scope changes.
For PMP, it's another reason to separate context continuity from authority continuity.

That's a strong distinction. A "superseded" flag preserves history, but an explicit "superseded_by" link preserves the decision lineage.
The harder test is detecting when an active decision still relies on an obsolete constraint.
That's a concrete failure case worth testing in PMP. Thanks!

@RenXHQ Thanks for clarifying. One remaining edge case: if an already approved coding session switches workspaces or gains additional tool permissions, does RenX require fresh approval, or does the original session approval remain valid?

@swordBluesy @OpenAIDevs Thanks for taking a look. That’s a key failure case: preserving history without reviving an obsolete constraint. When you inspect the example, please flag any ambiguity about which decision is current and what superseded it. A concrete counterexample would be valuable

We had a security breach last night related to a large scale distillation attack that impacted 1.4% of OpenCode Console users

We have notified them all this morning via email. If you did not get an email you were not impacted, it was a subset of users who had external providers linked

The incident is ongoing so we cannot share more details at this point but we are working with Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google to remediate
