You are voting for a person, not a party or a policy.

@IwriteOK Robert, I'm bad at social media and your contact form on Cool Zone Media doesn't work. - In relation to this post. - There is a constant 'peck' from above, every from that needs to be filled out takes away from your life, every minor imposition on your time robs you of power.
@EricBlairsGhost Thank you very much, I hope to never forget me either.
I hope to make the world better, but being elected would certainly help with that.

Thank you the 5 871 people who voted for me. It's difficult to even comprehend that many people, let alone that many believing in me.
With special thanks to the 2 593 who gave me their #1 vote. I feel privileged that you to looked at all the candidates and picked me first.
@livingstoneang2 You certainly were. I don't want to keep chasing my tail if I'm not going to get anywhere, but I will keep the door open for another attempt.

I came in in the top 35% of candidates (27th out of 79). I was the 17th most voted for individual (below the line) and I outperformed a few very minor parties. All without taking any money from anyone else (it cost me about 15k). I could have been elected with a measly 455 529

My goal is and always has been, to do the most good. I will try to enact my policies from the outside government. I believe that I can improve emotional intelligence and voter literacy, without the platform and money of a Senator.

I'm not entirely sure what the future will hold, but if I run again I will need a Party. For that I will need your help. If that is something that would interest you I would really appreciate it if you commented, sent me a PM or an email [email protected]

Please let me know if you like to help or offer or prominent location for a sign.
I have felt, and I have been so supported in this campaign. If nothing more comes of it I have many fond memories and I hope that you all do too.
Thank you all so very much
Max Dicks
@ZolBex That is a significant change of topic but I agree. To keep the climate change to a level where life remains good will be a challenge that wont be solved with only minor change.
At least we have moved past certain extinction by the end of the century.
