🏥 A full day session with health colleagues from across the county, as well as officers from across the council on all the efforts that are underway to embed preventative, community care, enabled by digital transformation.

🚸 SEND - There was no mention of the statutory override which allows the council to hold deficits in order to deliver SEND services. This will end next Spring and could lead local authorities to become insolvent. There'll be a white paper in the autumn before we get any answers.

So we're almost a month on from the election and we finally have a cabinet... Or at least most of one!
