I got my front windshield replaced while working today. Then, the Safelite technician called me, saying my hood won’t close because the latch is broken. They told me I had to fix it myself and wouldn’t help me.

Went to @safelite and they scratched my rain sensor and said it had to go to dealer to be fixed and they would reimburse me. Now it is impossible to get in touch with anyone and if I do, they say they have to call the shop and will get back to me. Guess what, they never do.
