@FCardamenis Unless we consider all distributors and programers infallible, we can't judge cinema as a whole in any period because (a) nobody sees everything and (b) sometimes it takes us years to evaluate what we see. Pretending otherwise means substituting mythology for fact.

@Drewpowell123 I see these tweets all the time mostly the other way around praising some "old" literature and how it's somehow not about moral complexity and why that is good. Both sides are dumb👍🏼 but both also do not really read literature since then they would see that they talk nonesense
