BREAKING: Donald Trump is hit with bombshell bad news as a court filing reveals that Special Counsel Jack Smith plans to use data from Trump's cell phone in his 2020 election interference case — a nightmare scenario for the tech-challenged ex-president.

But it gets even worse for Trump...

Smith intends to call an expert witness who has "extracted and processed data" from Trump's phone and the phone of a second unnamed person.

The witness will also be able to determine how the phones were used on and around the January 6th insurrection. This would include the time when Trump's Twitter app was open on his phone while the Capitol riot unfolded.

To date, the public has not been made aware of what exactly Trump was saying and urging in his private digital communications.

BREAKING: MAGA's day from hell gets so much worse as Nevada's attorney general announces historic indictments against six of Donald Trump's fake electors who falsely claimed he won the state in 2020.

A grand jury indicted the six traitors, making Nevada the third state after Michigan and Georgia to bring charges against fake MAGA electors.

The names of the six individuals are: Michael McDonald, Jesse Law, Jim DeGraffenreid, Durward James Hindle III, Shawn Meehan and Eileen Rice.

The charges cover the felonies of offering a false instrument for filing and uttering a forged document titled “Certificate of the Votes of the 2020 Electors from Nevada” with several government entities.

BREAKING: An American warship and multiple commercial ships are under attack in the Red Sea according to the Pentagon.

The warship is reportedly the USS Carney.

“We’re aware of reports regarding attacks on the USS Carney and commercial vessels in the Red Sea and will provide information as it becomes available,” the Pentagon said.

The British military made a statement earlier, presumably about the same incident saying there was a drone attack and explosions in the Red Sea.

After humiliating Trump, she finished her takedown with a chilling warning, declaring, “Trump is promising to resort to an authoritarian tactic should he become president again. Does the federal government have any role in the oversight of a cable news network? No they actually don't. But that's not the point here. What's important is that he's threatening to use the power of the government against media he believes is being critical of him. It's actually a threat to the free press. A threat to democracy. And that threat comes at a time when a record total of 533 journalists are currently detained worldwide. A large number of them are being held by the sorts of authoritarian regimes that Trump envisions creating here at home."

Sadly, Jen Psaki couldn’t be more right. Indicted criminal Donald Trump fancies himself king of America, and if he manages to stay out of prison is somehow re-elected in 2024, his fascist, authoritarian plans just may come to life.

BREAKING: CNN drops bombshell, reveals that Trump’s lawyer who helped plan and orchestrate his fake electors” scheme in multiple different states just FLIPPED on Trump in a desperate effort to strike a deal with Nevada prosecutors to avoid prison.

But it gets WORSE for Trump…

CNN reports that, “Chesebro’s cooperation with Nevada prosecutors covers his involvement in that state leading all the way up” to Trump’s deadly January 6 insurrection.

This is devastating for Donald Trump because Cheseboro is going to be the nail in the coffin for him on multiple different cases because he’s cooperating with prosecutors — and nobody can tell judges and juries more about Trump’s fake electors crime spree than him.
