Received my new 2x2 card mat bent into a box and now it's all bowed...how is that supposed to glide in and out if my machine? Its also got a crack in it. Which thought it was a good idea to pack it in such a small box? How do I get another, flat one?

@DVLAgovuk HELP! I'm a bus driver, had medical in March and licence + prepopulated forms which say new photocard not reqd sent off. Still waiting, moved house...can't apply online as you're saying I need a new photocard. I've had a new passport in Nov 21 so pic there for use.

@TicketmasterCS I have resale tickets for a show on 11 May. They are due to be posted but I am moving house in 10 days. I cannot find a way to amend the address as the tickets do not show in my upcoming events tab. There is no link to do this in the resale tickets bit. Help!!
